Meaning: A significant positive transformation in appearance, confidence, or life quality.
A dramatic improvement — usually physical (losing weight, dressing better, skin clearing up) but also broader life changes (career, confidence, relationships). 'Glow down' is the opposite. Before/after photos are classic glow up content.
